Determination is the engine for Motivation to rich a goal. 
Determination is the challenge to over come all obstacles to reach your goal. 
Determination is how badly you want something. Bigger the dream and motivation, need stronger and solid determination.
When I decided to come to America and go to Hollywood, I know I have some serious obstacles on my way, because living the other side of the earth. but never thought about so much, for start I just did what I had to do:  
Obstacle 1, Passport.
In order to leave the country you have to serve the country in the military for two years. Getting that certificate for passport would cost me two years of my life. That was must for my situation. One day I wake up in the morning and went to see my friend. On the way I find, thousand boys my age that crowd the building. I ask what is going on? They said, today they are drafting for 1000 soldier. They need 500, and other 500 will be given exempt from the service with certificate. I knew if I want to leave the country, I have to make up my mind. So, I flip a coin and entered the drawing. By noon that day, my hair was shaved and giving cloth for Air Force. By the end service, I thought, I would never be able to leave the military and lives as civilian.  
Obstacle 2 Money.
Now, you are done and free from service, but, you need money to get a Passport. So I went to south and got a job as controller for road construction. Then I realize after a year and half, how long would take me to make money for passport and a ticket. So I worked to make money for getting the passport.
Obstacle 3 Ticket and language.
You have the passport and free to leave the country. What now? The fact is, you have to have ticket for destination and language to speak. That means more waist of time, so I decided to walk and left my country with $50 in my pocket. I learned and I know now, in life when you gain some things, you will lose some things. What I gain by what I did, I meet lots of people and seen lots of places in this world of ours. I would miss all that with one way ticket. About language, am I communicating with you?
