Knowing how to use the Elements, is art of living.

“Element Group”

Life, Needs, love,  Freedom, Wealth,  Society, Dream, Family, Trust, Education, Man, Time,  Purpose, Respect. Asset, Women, Care, Trade, Happiness, Energy, Child, Health, Be, Wants,   Responsibility, Shelter, Personal, Work, Science, Have,  Environment, Mystery, Food, Social, Hope, Do, Faith, Desires, Sleep, Unity, Peace, Individual, war, Fear, Pleasure and  plus….

All the elements (above) are not particularly in order. In fact, all the elements are related, connected and interact with each other. In order to understand the relationships between the elements and find their true meaning, let us do an experiment:

 

Knowing, "Each element have two forces that create three other elements." That is a Formula to understand, figure out and find solutions for all things that we have problem with and want to know.

For example:

We pick an element from "Elements Group", like Time, (above) and use it as a model for all the elements, to show how they work. We will find out, everything have a pattern and pattern brings order.

In order to understand Time and its Forces, first we have to understand time. Let us try to understand a moment in present time, by holding our breath for as long as we can. This way we can get some idea about time. Let say, we could hold our breathe for a minute. There are sixty seconds in a minute. So there are about sixty or many more moments in that minute. One of these moments is when we are breathing, inhale and exhale. 
When we inhale until starting exhale, that is a true time "Now". "Now" is when we are connected to two forces of life: Time & Nature. Inhale & exhale are the Rhythm of being alive>

Inhale
When we inhale In this moment of time, "Now", we are taking air from Nature, and everything else that Nature have to offer.

Exhale
When we exhale in this moment of time, "Now", What are we offering and giving.
Inhale & exhale are the time that we can balance our action and reaction by Thinking and Doing right things.

Let us, breathe deeper, in and out and relax. Relaxing means, you are not chasing time, or, time is not chasing you. …"Now" means, you are riding and traveling with time.Time is the element in question, What is Time? Let's say, we don't know the answer.
We know time has positive & negative forces. let's presume we don't know what they are and do.
We know this much that, elements of time and it's two forces create three situations (Elements), that we call it Past, Present and Future

What answer are we looking for when we ask, " What is time? "  How to use the Formula to understand it better?

So far, we know that time is one element, which two forces, positive & negative , which in return create three situations of: past, present and future.

Now, let's analyze the whole thing in reverse.

Present, “Now” is a border between  Past and Future. Past is Past, Future is to come"Now" is a moment that connects us to the forces Nature, Universe and Time itself.

The two forces are, positive & negative forces of time, and that is: to be, or not to be.

"Now" is emphasizes that we are "living in Time". 
The answer to our question of time is: "Now", and Now is the time we are living , that is connected to the Nature and Universe with its forces of "To be, or not to be" that is the question?" The answer is very simple:

While "we are living", life must " be good and exciting".

That is to Know how to use the power of our forces, to create a pattern with our Vision, and lay foundation for ourselves to lead us, to achieve a Wonderful life.
