It is better to sleep on things before hand,
lye awake about them afterward.
Sleep is to rest our Body, Mind and Soul.
We all think, before we go to sleep. How we sleep depend on, how do we feel about ourselves.
Are we:
Happy: Means, you don't have any thing to worry about, you are in peace and have nice plan for tomorrow.
Sad: When you have problems that, not being taking care
of, or, worry about tomorrow.
Or, we don't care: Because, past the point of worrying about it, and no
plan, just survive day by day.
In the beginning when firewood died, then we closed our eye, because we couldn’t see anything. Sleep become classical conditioning, creating Biological clock, that we have to close our eyes and go to sleep. Some how we need to rest, so we go sleep. When you have excitement, you don't go to sleep. When you are board, then you follow sleep. If you sleep more then eight ours a day, you can't take that extra time from working hours, so you end up cutting that extra sleeping time from your activities of your daily life.
Our sleeping habit:
Let us say: sleeping at eleven and wake up at seven. From eleven to 2 or 3 O’clock in the morning we move around a lot, then we start fall sleep from 3 or 4 O’clock to deep sleep until seven, that is a quality sleep. When you take a 15 minuets nap in the after noon, it is deep quality sleep., like before you wake up.Peaceful mind, put their head down and go sleep.
